I've never heard of this "Orion" brand. Verbatim 16x is always going to
be Mitsubishi media or Taiyo Yuden media (in Europe with "Made in Japan"
on the packaging). Better to go with a media known to come from a
reliable manufacturer. As far as speed goes, the 4163B tends to burn
most 16x DVD-R media in 5:20, give or take a few seconds. 16x DVD+R
averages 5:30.
