Yep, through a tinker-toy series of linkage. After it loosened up a bit,
it would bounce up and down during acceleration and deceleration.
The photo shows it with stock tires and rims. I later bought a set of
much wider mag wheels and trailer tires. It stuck to the road like
glue...
