They seem to have different approaches for different lectures.
Some are itunes downloads
Some are embedded real audio streams (links to *.rpm files )
Some are downloadable real audio files (downloaded as *.rm files)

Conversion of .rm to mp3 can be achieved using a number of audio conversion
tools (e.g. Dbpower Audio Converter - but try and get an older version)

Capturing streaming audio is generally harder, but can be done in real time
using audio capture software such as Audacity.
