I thought about that, and I'm not sure you can leave one of the virtual
DDR's running in record yet edit off of that using the built-in NLE
system of the toaster, without first closing down the record session.
In any case, you want to see someone looking as busy as a one-armed
paper-hanger, watch them trying to handle this on the toaster's
interface with just the mouse and querty beyboard. :-) It may be easier
using the optional interfaces.

I could be wrong about the record-while-editing thing, you should check
it out by asking someone on the newtek site.
