Hello,

I'd like to copy my DV recordings to DVD and I'm looking
for a DVD recorder now. There are may models with
DV input, but I could not find one (simple?) information.
Do they keep timestamps from the DV stream? Normally,
when playing the video on the camcorder, timestamps (OSD)
may be turned on and off. I'd like to have subtitles
on the DVD, which simply contain the date and time
and may be turned on and off during playback.

For example - does anybody have a LG DR7500 recorder,
a digital camcorder and would like to help me checking
this feature?
