Burning 30-40 discs at a session is _not_ casual consumer use. Of course
your $49.99 burner from Circuit City isn't designed for that, and nor is
the "home theatre" burner that you'll pay a bit more for. Hell, the tray
mechanism will break down, the buttons will stop working, and so on.

It's not even that expensive. Perhaps your company can pick up some of
the tab. There's also DVD-R media that's designed for professional use.
