Not nearly as bad as what happened to Celine Dion at the 2004 Grammy
Awards. A tech had to actually walk out on stage and hand her a
working mike.

This is what I wrote about it the next day: "What a disaster... First,
they hand her a dead mike. Then, they patched in the wrong channel
over the air (so you hear a frantic engineer's voice billowing through
the hall). Then, her monitor mix is bad to the point she had to remove
her earpiece. And if that wasn't enough... Feedback! Twice!!"
