General open ended question -- how can one copy a DVD? Can it be copied
to a CD if it has enough space, and if so then will the CD play on a
DVD player (since DVD players are CD compatible)?
This is for United States only, so no foreign formats need be worrried
about.

Any links, pointers etc would be helpful.

This is for legit copy of a DVD for which the marketing rights have
already been licensed.
