We do have 'dry' central heating, but it hasn't been in use yet this year
and already the sore throats have started.

....By the way, a dormer bungalow is a bungalow with an upstairs, but unlike
a 'standard' 2-storey house, it takes some/most/all of the attic space.
Dry lining is a layer of "extra insulation" on the inside walls.
