Are you sure your wife didn't receive this text and read it and then deleted
it?

I am not too fussed about the picture messages be included cos I don't send
too many, however, text messages is a different matter.

It maybe worth speaking to your Citizens Advice Breau or Local Trading
Standards/Office of Fair Trading re the position on the contract.
