It is frustrating going into a video rental store with a list of
movies to rent. I don't know what section to find a movie so I have
to search up to 4 areas in the store. If I want to find Hitchcock
movies they can be in various places. Why can't stores alphabetize
everything? Or provide me with a file inventory report I can load
into to find the movie? Each video store is a little different making
a search even more difficult. When I search in the website (Hollywood
Video, Blockbuster, etc) I can find movies I want but the local store
doesn't have it. I know Netflix is one solution but you have to wait
to see that movie you want to see tonight (I've waited as long as two
weeks to get a Netflix movie). I've emailed Hollywood Video with no
answer yet. </RANT OFF>
