I thought the same thing until I learned the speakers could be mounted
in-wall with a cover grille that looks like a picture, subs are the end
tables, wiring in-wall or under carpet. All system components are
behind clear glass double doors in a decor-matching hutch, rear cabling
behind that. Took a whole afternoon to install everything including
system calibration. Technology doesn't have to overwhelm a room, but it
is required to experience both parts of a film.
