The above site is an utter joke.

I am note visually impaired but I was seriously considering employing my
computer's accessibility software to be able to view it. Check out
the guideline pages.

This is in fact why accessibility guideline are best served by the
operating system. Particularly as those great and good can't even
follow their own guidelines..the c*nts...

I see very few as bad websites as those by W3.

Next time you are in PC world or an Apple store just check out OS X's
accessibility setting, particularly the zoom function. I haven't seen a
better implementation than this. alt + Apple + (+)/(-).
