I remember seeing this posted here as well.

And personally, I give this announcement the same ho-hum treatment I give
every new product : show me the shipped product, along with a list of
customers I can call to ask how satisfied they are with the product, AND
with your company.

Basically, it's real easy to churn out a good press release and web site .
But it's quite another matter to actually BUILD and DISTRIBUTE a product
that meets customer's needs and his (MY) satisfaction expectations.
