BB is a perfect example of what happens when companies outsource their
computer projects to some bucked-tooth Banghi operating out of a cave
in the Himalayas.

From the very moment that BB went online - way before the online
rental fiasco - they have had problems with their software not working
properly. It took 6 months for them to send me my first newletter
because their software did not work.
