I get it now, Los Angeles CA. I have a HDTV an Aquos LCD(don't like plasma), and
with my rabbit ears bolted outside my apartment window, I get all the OTA
channels that broadcast in HD, in HD. The only one who doesn't was UPN, channel
13, until recently, they started some programming. Otherwise, their OTA
analogues also come, but CBS, and NBC is fuzzy in analogue, while their HD is
crystal clear.
For the future folks who don't have HD tv ready tv's a one time fee of $30 to
buy a converter is not going to kill anyone, poverty stricken or not.
