yup. I just finished a trial month with Blockbuster. Netflix is bad
but Blockbuster makes Netflix look like the company of the year. I had
8 disks all saying "available now" and nothing sent for a whole week. I
emailed them and they said you have to have 30 disks in there. I said
what does it matter if I have 30 or 3, if it says "available now" it
should be sent right now. I got some rambling about how "we're trying
to make things better" but no excuse for their incompetence. I sure
wish a GOOD dvd company would spring up to put Netflix and Blockbuster
out of business, but I am of the view that there is no such thing as
good customer service anyway.
