This week we were offered a deal to go from three DVD's to four DVD's
first for $2.80 then $2.60, then @2.40, then @$2.20, then $2.00 and
most recently $1.80. However, when I opted to try the increased rate
which was supposed to be the number above plus tax, Netflix showed the
total cost at $23.99. Our current plan is $19.83 including tax. What
at first looks like a better deal than just going from three DVD's to
four is just bogus. Today the offer was an increase of $1.80 plus tax
should have increased our monthly charge from $19.38 to $21.32 not the
$23.99 that they wanted me to accept.

Has anyone else been offered this bogus deal? Has anyone been able to
get the real increase not the no great deal of four DVD's? Tried to
reach Netflix but only way is via suggestion with no response so far.
