Can somebody help me with this problem?
I am recording from satellite shows in MPEG 2 format, then convert to
PVA via PVAStrumento, then using DVD2SCVD convert to MPEg 1 format.
So far so good.
Then I use NERO EXPRESS to burn on DVD. However the format comes out
squished not 4:3 but seemingly 16:9.
I thought I had all the settings right in DVD2DCVD as well as in Nero
but I am missing something. In Nero after I added the file it says
"Target video options: 352x288(1/4 D1)..4:3" and in Video Options/DVD
Video I choose 4:3 but the result comes out with two black stripes
added at the top and at the bottom and the picture elongated.

Anybody can help?
