Can anyone tel me their experience with this player. How is it on dvd-r
and dvd-s from video rentals. Will it have problems with playing them?

If it will, can anyone tel me another brand or model in that price range
that wont? Video scaling to 1080i would be nice since it is going to be
pluged into Philips 37PF9830 via HDMI.
