It's still in the latest stuff from Apple so it must still apply. Unless
you're disagreeing with the folks that wrote the software.

You're running away from the question. Why spend an extra $1300 when you
don't have to?

The less-than-$5K system I put forth is a modest one. What's your point

The guy asked for a $5K system and I showed him one. If he orders the
stuff tomorrow he'll have it up and running within a week.
