May be I didn't state the problem clearly, those DVD were created from
my DVD recorder (that kind with internal HD) connected to my TV. The
problem not only appeared with DVD editing software like CloneDVD or
NERO, but also Windows Explorer.

I didn't install InCD, I only install some common NERO applications
like NERO burning ROM, NERO testing tools, etc.
