First manually white balance both cameras at the same time off a
standard white, or similar, fully lit by the main source of light. If
the colour looks different to the XL1s on the XL2 it's most likely to be
a simple warm/cold red or blue bias. Go into the XL2 menu and find the
item that adjusts this bias until it matches the XL1s. They have
different CCD's The XL2 has 4x3 Mega Pixel CCD's ostensibly allowing an
ersatz true anamorphic 16x9 image without losing the 25% of resolution
the XL1s does when in wide screen mode.
