Exactly.
You can't use both on the same freq at the same time.
You hear......nothing.....or a garbled or distorted
transmission.........
You probably know that CB and hand held radios do the same thing if
two are "keyed" at the same time.
Or, as Nigel Tufnel found out, an Air Force air traffic controller
will upstage a guitar solo.
