I cite my source as loads of reports on creative cow forum for G-Raid
products. I had heard of problems from a colleague but when I happened
upon the creative cow forum post I decided to steer clear.

An artist friend of mine also had bad experience with several Lacie
external drives. He experienced bad support also.

I simply don't have the time nor inclination to battle with bad tech
support over a product that should be fit for purpose. After all it's
not rocket science to put a couple of hard drives in a box and keep 'em
cool and working.
