Well....
discs 1-4 = Superman the Movie
Discs 5-7 = Superman 2
Disc 8 = Superman 3
Disc 9 = Superman 4
Disc 10+11 = Superman Returns

Then, presumably, Disc 12 is the 2 hour documentary "Look, up in the
Sky!"
and Disc 13 is the 6 part documentary "You Will Believe".

It looks like a collection of previous releases plus a couple of extra
discs with no effort to (where space allows) putting what is currently
on 2 (or more) discs onto 1 disc for this set.

And lets face it, The Matrix managed a 10 disc box set out of only 3
films, so when you think about it, 13 discs from 5 films isn't so bad.
