What's the easiest way to run a preview TV monitor when editing with
Premiere. I'm using the original Premiere Pro 1.0 at the moment.

I have been running the output through a DV camera however this isn't a
permanent solution as I don't always have DV cameras available during
editing.

I also have a Pinnacle AV/DV card with Analog S-video and composite
outputs but there's no way in Premiere I've found to enable them, is
there some plugin I can get to do it this way?
