Mp3DirectCut http://www.mpesch3.de/ . Find where you want the first index to be, click at
the position, press the [Cut] button, go to the second position, click, cut and so on.
When done, go to menu [Special] and [Save cue sheet...]. Cue sheets contain your indexes
and can be edited in Notepad.
There are players (Mp3DirectCut itself is one), plugins, burners, etc, that can work with
cue sheets.
