Same situation here in Sweden, they are switching off analogue at around the
same time next year. But most people seem well prepared, the only mutterings
I've heard are why should people be forced to buy an STB themselves when
they already pay the license fee and get a good picture from analogue.
However these complaints are very minor, quite likely because mostly
everyone in the big cities are connected to cable these days and those out
in the sticks have satellite or DVB already. There is only a very limited
number of channels broadcast on analogue anyway so to be able to find
anything half decent to watch you must have cable.
