Funny you should mention Capital One, i've not seen any mailshots from
themin months. I'm lucky :-)

Whatever works :-) - unplugging the phone works too, and I avoid the other
half calling to nag at me, but then she starts when she is home anyway, so
not really worth doing that anymore. I'd rather her nag on the phone. lol.
