I am on eBay many times a day....
Have been since November 4, 1997.
The statement was in contradiction to the statement that eBay "stocked"
merchandise.
They never have. eBay sells nothing!

Fixed price is just an extension of the "auction" format.
eBay has not been the seller of the items listed there.
