A tech guy from HDMI, LLC., has posted on the web that 1080p/60 is more
demanding but that even low end cables up to 3 meters have been tested in
their lab and have been more than satisfactory. For longer lengths they
recommend better (but not expensive) cables or better yet, an HDMI booster.
My cheap, but solid built, HDMI and DVI cables work just fine, but I have
had no experience with 1080p/60.
Richard.
