I have many cd's ripped with itunes program to mpeg-4 unprotected files on
my hardrive. If I buy an mp3 player (not a ipod or apple product) will it
play these out of the box? Or do I need to convert these to mp3 files?
Will the program that comes with the new mp3 player convert the unprotected
mpeg-4 to mp3 or is it likely it will play the mpeg-4 like it is? I'm not
looking to strip file of DRM. I may buy a creative zen or sandisk player?
Any player to recommend in the approx $150-200 price range? Thanks.
