If you order from overseas, Dave, I don't think it really matters who from.
The fact is that the value of the package will be more than �18, and will
therefore be subject to VAT. I don't see how a UK supplier would be able to
avoid paying VAT themselves, and passing the cost along to you, unless
they're smuggling it in!
