How bout using somehtign like Gmail - where they will 'clean' for email for
you (if you dont wanan move addresses many providers offer it as an extra
service anyway)

I have recieved 12,000 normal emails and around 1000 spams. Gmail moves it
into a seperate folder...

I'd say maybe 100 of those spams made it into my main box but its still
pretty good going - you can mark the email as spam (the ones that get
through) and I presume when so many people do it more and more spam will get
blocked.
