Why do you bother selling stuff for a quid? I certainly wouldn't. In fact, I
still expect to get over a quid for ex rental VHS LOL!
My guess is you are a typical punter who the trader will attempt to fleece
by informing you, there is not much demand for your dvd, and he will only
get 3 quid for it on a good day. He must be a very stupid businessperson if
he is selling everything he buys on the stall at 3-4 quid a pop. I've
certainly never seen anything like it!

The point is, the items he is selling for 3-4 quid are not exactly expensive
dvd's in the first place. I've seen market traders trying to get 7 quid for
second hand dvd's that go for 3 for 10 online.
Naturally, if you don't pay much for it brand new, you can't expect to get
much for it selling to a dealer.
Would you honestly, seriously sell - say, season 5 of 24 for 1? I wouldn't
sell it for 7 quid (a quid a disc) either by the way.
And what about rare/OOP items?
But if you want to go home with a pocket full of pound coins, I won't stop
you. :-)
Figures speak for themselves, 100 quid a day, for what, say a 12 hour day is
rubbish pay....84 hours a week (based on 7 days trading), and you're making
700 quid. minus daily pitch fee of 20 = 140 plus fuel costs, and you're
making 6.66 an hour. Thats just evil. :-)
