I have noticed the same thing..some of the video is pretty poor quality,
HOWEVER....

Some of the stuff is awesome! Hans Conried's "Fractured Flickers"

The stuff they show BETWEEN the movies is the best.

The quality (or lack of it) would make me think they have ZERO processing
equipment.
Look at it on a vectorscope.....yuck! but its still fun stuff thats not on
anywhere else.
