My understanding is that Loaded247 are actually importing the discs on
your behalf and the price they quote INCLUDES all the customs / import
charges. Basically, they act as a "middleman" and deal with customs, so
you don't have to.

In regards PlayUSA, YOU alone are doing the importing, so there is a
chance that you will have to pay the VAT / Import duty on top of the
price quoted (if the item is £18 or over).

That's my understanding of the situation. I'm more than happy to be
corrected.
