Not familiar with Dolphin TV, but Globecast has numerous channels on IA5
- ku. Some are in the clear, and some are scrambled, even on the same
transponder. For a fairly complete list check out:

http://www.lyngsat.com/ia5.html

and look through the channels that have the 'buff' colored background
and say 'DVB.' Those are all in the clear and should be receivable.

As of Wednesday night Al Jazeera was not encrypted (I went there briefly
and found it BORING!) According to Lyngsat they are transmitting at two
location for the western hemisphere.

Yes, you can key in the transponder info and SR and do a search on that
transponder.
