It seems obvious that there was a mistake in the shipment. You speak of
receiving only one DVD, while the Class on Demand Liquid 7 is comprised of 7
DVD's.... just like the "Big Splash" page you refer to says. Call back and
ask for Herb Ricco, he'll get it straightened out for you. There's a chance
Gary and Rich are off somewhere this time of year. The Bettan family has not
stayed in business as long as they have by using "deceptive" advertising!
Call Herb, and your problem will be solved.
