Yup, definitely sounds like it. This typically happens when you burn
Winamp to a CD or DVD and then copy it to a computer. What you get are
files flagged as "read-only", meaning they don't get changed as usual
when you close the program.
It's a pretty simple thing to fix - just browse to C:\Program
Files\Winamp or wherever it is that you installed WinAMP, right-click
Winamp.ini, click Properties, and make sure Read Only is unchecked. Do
the same for Winamp.m3u.
