I have no problem. I am retired have time on hand and well organized.
My son who would have the problem. He is a busy guy (running a
business), and not well organized. The books usually run over 10 CD-s
(unabridged) and sometimes the ripping doesn't work if there is a small
scratch or dirt on the CD, which in it original form would just be
skipped over.
He travels a lot, and listen to those books in his car.
