Or just log in temporarily as administrator, right-click on Winamp.ini
and winamp.m3u, select the properties/security tab and check the "full
control" box (or whatever it's called in your language version of
Windows) to enable full rights for all users for those two files.
When you log in again as a normal user, it should be OK.
