Hi Gary,
Thanks for the follow-up post, and glad you had a fun vacation. I guess your
ready for the winter now. :)
I know keeping track of so many sale items such as on your web site is a
tremendous challenge, I see other sites with sale items and prices that
haven't been updated since 2004 and earlier, lol. You guys do a very good
job at keeping the site current and relative, so mistakes do happen, and
it's understandable.
You guys made it right and I am a happy customer and wouldn't hesitate to
call on you for my next video editing related purchase!
Also, I see your point about a 7 DVD training disc possibly being
overwhelming for someone starting out, but being half way thru the 7 DVD's,
I can truly say, I've learned stuff and had quite a few "a ha!" moments that
I didn't get from just watching the 2 hour basic DVD. So I appreciate being
able to get that.
Thanks again for being guys who stand behind what they advertise, even when
it's a mistake, that is to be applauded in today's times.
