That's because you're now using the same codec, the same resolution, and
the same frame rate for your input files, for your project, and for your
export settings. Premiere no longer needs to convert the video from one
format to the other: it can (mostly) just copy segments from the
original source clips to the exported file. (Except for those parts
where you have actually altered the image content by using transitions
or filters.)

Video files encoded in the DV25 (DVSD) format take up approximately 13
GB per hour.

Since your original source clips were in the DV format, and your project
format and export format are now correctly set to DV format, too, the
mathematics behind this are very simple: if you place an 8 GB DV source
file on the timeline, you will get an 8 GB file back when you export it
in the DV format.
