The current Raids and MvG are an "exclusive" website-only deal (except
for Amazon and some other third-party brokers) through March 07 or
thereabouts, after which they go available wide--
Safe guess is, we'll probably get the next Exclusive wave (G3M, Zero,
Terror of Mecha) at around the same time the current wave goes public.
