Saw the original on OTA. I didn't tape it so referenced the Youtube
clip to see it again. It was just so tight and such a perfect
performance it made me wonder. YT is often way out of sync but this one
seems pretty good.

It clearly wasn't the album version given all the breath sounds, pops
and proximity effect one associates with a hand-held. If it was a sync,
it was recorded with a hand-held but in my estimation there were just
too many nuances in the vocal for her to have matched it that closely.
I think there was maybe a bit of processing delay.

There's one particular spot that really tells me it's live - at 1:08
where she releases the word "you" there's a chest/throat sound that you
can just see exactly matches the tension release reflected in her whole
body. It just looks too natural. Same at with the release at 2:47.

At any rate, it's a phenomenal performance.

The second link is just a goof for obvious reasons. Yeah, it's the same
performance but... However, it does give an interesting look at the
camera boom and a guy working a spotlight on Sasha Cohen.
