The UK uses .mod.uk (ministry of defence) instead of .mil, and .ac.uk
(academic) instead of .edu, while. .gov.uk is used erratically (e.g.
www.statistics.gov.uk follows the convention, but UK Parliament is
just www.parliament.uk).
