Agreed. When I once ordered some DVD blanks, they were sent by courier. They
magically 'disappeared' (ie they were signed for but not received by me! The
courier had apparently stolen them and signed for them in my name). After
contacting SVP, they sent a replacement at their expense, using guaranteed
Saturday delivery.
