Look at it this way:
You didn't suffer a massive heart-attack or stroke and keel over dead.
You didn't get run over by an 18-wheeler on the way to the gig.
Your battery didn't wimp out after 3 minutes with a bad cell.
You remembered to bring tape and the camcorder transport didn't break.
You (or your camera) didn't get clobbered by someone/something at the
event.
You didn't get fired and told "you'll never work in this city again!"
You didn't have 6 months of editing on a drive and have it crash (no
backup).
Your computer and internet connection works so you could post your rant.
At least someone else read it and sympathisized with you.
You'll live to work another day.
